For some people, worship is about safeguarding a tradition.  At Amazing Grace, worship is about inspiring hope.  The weekly grind can wear you down.  A Sunday morning cup of coffee with the newspaper is good, it's just not enough.  We need a connection to God, and to hope.  That's what inspires us.  What inspires you?

Facebook has 900 million users.  Even so, most of us know that being "friended" isn't the same as being a friend.  It's just that real friendships can be really hard to find.  At Amazing Grace, making friends and being a real friend means everything to us, because together we're something more than any one of us apart.  What does friendship mean to you?

Some people seem to think they already know everything worth knowing.  At Amazing Grace, we're always learning something new.  Life changes so fast it's hard to keep up.  Sharing our ideas and respecting each other's opinions keeps us learning, adapting, and growing.  Do you like to learn?



Some people measure growing by the numbers: height, weight, IQ.  At Amazing Grace, we measure growing by healthy, happy, balanced lives.  As growing plants need a balance of sun, soil, and water, growing people need balance too.  The "nutrients" for a balanced life include: love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, kindness, faith, and humility.  How's the balance in your life?
